January 2010 a former wedding client (2006) attempted to receive a full refund by posting an anonymous complaint. They decided to post a complaint 3 years after their Wedding. Admittedly they confirm in their post that they had not approached me directly with their issue prior to this post. The Wedding was photographed by 2 of my highly skilled Photographers in 2006 without incident. I did not personally photograph this wedding.
Only after the permanent complaints appeared on the web, the clients contacted me via email and asked for a full refund in exchange for removal of the posts. Researching the complaint sites I informed the clients that the posts were permanent and could not be removed.
Unfortunately I was unaware of their dissatisfaction as the client appeared content and grateful at our final meeting in 2006.
After corresponding with the bride, she realized the irreversible damage to my reputation and tried to remove the posts without success. She writes, "Please Disregard" after each post. The companies that run Complaint Sites are unreachable and unaccountable.
If you require more information or a copy of the clients apology please contact me directly.
